Create the webinar itself manually in Teams/Outlook first — Graph can't create one via this app (creation requires an interactive sign-in, not the app-only permission used here). Then either leave the field below blank and click Find & Link to match it by exact title, or paste its ID directly.
Requires the VirtualEvent.ReadWrite.All Graph permission (admin-consented) in addition to the plain-meeting permission above. Registering existing signups sends them a NEW personalized join link, replacing whatever link was in their original confirmation email — do this deliberately, not automatically. "Sync from Teams" is the reverse direction: pulls in anyone who registered by clicking a raw Teams link shared directly (email, social post) instead of our /register/ page, so they don't stay invisible to D1/Attio.
