The anchor facility supplies neighbors with bulk materials, fuel-cell water, and industrial gases; co-location captures freshness, spec premiums, and utility-sharing economics no remote off-taker can match.
A Carbotura Advanced Circular Manufacturing (ACM) facility anchors an industrial campus through three exportable resources — materials, water, and industrial gases — and through the freshness and specification advantages of co-locating off-takers next to a continuous, traceable supply. It does not anchor the campus through energy.
