Section 5 · Question 2
the counterparty's question
“How does this technology comply with local regulations and environmental frameworks (such as the national waste-management regulation's standards in the host jurisdiction)?”
Response

Every Carbotura deployment is engineered from architecture stage to full compliance with the host jurisdiction's regulatory framework: the national environmental regulator, the national waste-management regulation, the special economic zone authority (where applicable), and the host-site industrial authority for each site. The site-selection and design-basis processes explicitly incorporate these frameworks.

Engineering Detail

Regulatory framework mapping:

  • the national environmental regulator — emissions, effluent, groundwater protection, environmental impact assessment.
  • the national waste-management regulation — facility licensing, feedstock classification, national waste diversion targets, operator certification.
  • the special economic zone authority — where applicable, tax structure and land access.
  • the host-site industrial authority — industrial-city authority licensing, land use, utilities interconnection.
  • the national foreign-investment licensing authority — strategic investor licensing, foreign investment permissions.
  • national/local-content certification — where applicable to the host jurisdiction.
  • the national workforce-localization framework — ACM facilities engineered to meet applicable local-employment compliance tiers per the host jurisdiction's labor framework.
Section 5 · Question 3
the counterparty's question
“Do the final products of your process meet all local commercial and environmental quality standards for offtake?”
Response

Final products from the ACM process are manufactured to the RC (RevCon™) classification framework — RC3 (industrial-grade), RC4 (technical-grade), RC5 (nanomaterial-grade) — with each classification tier corresponding to specific commercial quality standards. All products meet the host jurisdiction's industrial commercial standards for offtake, and where applicable, export under the tax-free export right of the governing commercial agreement.

Engineering Detail

Product classification and standards:

  • RC3 — Business Baseline (industrial-grade): 50% of merchant reference market pricing. Purity 90–95%. Direct commercial offtake to industrial customers (counterparty-designated where applicable). Meets the host jurisdiction's industrial commodity standards; complies with the national standards body's product marking requirements.
  • RC4 — Technical Grade: 75%+ of merchant reference market pricing. Purity 95–99.5%. Direct offtake to specialty chemistry, battery precursor, and specialty metal customers.
  • RC5 — Nanomaterial Grade: 100%+ of merchant reference market pricing. Purity >99.5%, particle-size controlled. Direct offtake to advanced electronics, aerospace, and specialty additive manufacturing.
  • Product testing: certified analytical labs per shipment; certificates of analysis (CoA) per the national standards body and ASTM international standards.
  • Export compliance: tax-free export right per the governing commercial agreement's sovereign preferential framework.

Every product batch traceable to source feedstock via URVS Proven Contractual Reserve (PCR) chain of custody.

Beyond this response

Beyond the design-basis engineering disclosed in this Assessment, additional proprietary internals of the ACM engineering model — measured material dielectric properties, dielectric-property library, tuning parameters, specific catalyst formulations beyond generic type names, precise reagent dosing schedules, and other restricted design internals — remain trade secrets of Carbotura, Inc. and are not disclosed at any stage of the counterparty's diligence, term-sheet execution, Cornerstone Round commitment, or subsequent commercial operation. Verification of the disclosed design basis proceeds through independent third-party review under NDA, OEM guarantees, ASI System Integration Testing (SIT), commissioning, continuous emissions monitoring (CEMS), and CAFI Digital Triplet post-COD performance data. Disclosure level here is partner-safe; proprietary internals restricted in the source engineering system are excluded.
